Refunds and returns:
Customs and Duties vary from country
to country and problems that arise from customs delaying or rejecting goods is beyond our control. We always try to label
as conveniently as possible to clear customs quickly but offer no refund for goods siezed by your countries customs office.
We will help where we can with a phone call to attempt to have the proper documents required by your country however. Defective
products will be replaced within 1 year if a problem with manufacturing is found, abuse or breakage such as submersion in
water will not be refunded.
